I decided to compile some of my favorite- old and new- Bible Verses about Spring and new beginnings, because isn't that what Spring is- a time for new weather, plants, and little creatures? But one thing that we can count on is our familiar, unchanging, and perfect God!
"Look, the winter is past, and the rains are over and gone. The flowers are springing up, the seasons of singing birds has come, and the cooing of turtledoves fills the air." Song of Solomon 2:11-12"Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever." Hebrews 13:8"The grass withers and the flowers fade, but the word of our God stands forever." Isaiah 40:8"Then God said, "Let the land sprout with vegetation- every sort of seed-bearing plant, and trees that grow seed-bearing fruit. These seeds will then produce the kinds of plants and trees from which they came." And that is what happened. "The Sovereign Lord will show his justice to the nations of the world. Everyone will praise Him! His righteousness will be like a garden in early spring, with plants springing up everywhere!" Isaiah 61:11
